Royal LePage Wolstencroft Realty - Langley Lenders

About Candy Ashdown

Experienced REALTOR® specializing in the Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland. My local experience and expertise, combined with the brand power and influence of Royal LePage enables me to help my clients achieve all of their real estate objectives.

I absolutely love my career as a REALTOR®! I get to work with some of the most amazing clients and I feel so fortunate to have the opportunity to do what I do.

Buying and purchasing a home is a huge milestone in someone’s life and it’s such an honour to be chosen by my clients to work with them. My client’s put their trust and confidence in me to represent them and I take that responsibility very seriously. Having said that, we have a lot of fun during the process and many of my clients become great friends that I continue to keep in touch for years after the sale.

It can be a very exciting time when selling or buying a home, but it can also be a very stressful experience. I strive to always make the experience for my clients very positive and stress-free.

A little about me – I’m a long time Langley resident, having grown up in Langley. I married my high school sweetheart over 25 years ago and we now have two grown, amazing daughters. Over the years, I’ve been an avid community volunteer, even serving a term on the Langley Board of Education from 2011-2014.

I currently run a growing Facebook page for my beautiful neighbourhood of Salmon River Uplands. I am also currently a volunteer on the Government Relations (GR) Committee for the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board. This is a non-partisan committee representing Fraser Valley REALTORS® and our clients on important legislative issues emphasizing the importance of home ownership at local, regional, provincial and federal government levels.

My previous experience includes a Diploma in Computer Graphic Design and years of working as a Marketing Specialist before becoming a REALTOR®. I have also earned my real estate designations MCNE® (Master Certified Negotiation Expert) and SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist).

On another note, a portion of my commission on every transaction is donated to the Parkinson Society of BC as well as the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation.

Please don’t hesitate to call, text or e-mail me at any time with questions you may have.
